1. Who we are & contract formation
This Website bhang-renge.com and every sale of goods through it is operated and supplied by NAIRA STUDIO LTD, a company incorporated in England & Wales with registered office at:
- Address: 3RD FLOOR, Suite 207, REGENT STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, W1B 3HH, UNITED KINGDOM.
- Email: poetry@bhang-renge.com.
- Trading name: Bhang & Renge.
A contract between us (NAIRA STUDIO LTD) and you (the customer) exists only at the moment we send you an email confirming that we have accepted your order (the Order Confirmation). Up to that point any automated checkout receipt is an acknowledgement only and does not bind us legally.
2. Important — your statutory consumer rights (UK law)
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes or limits your non-excludable statutory rights under, amongst other legislation:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described on the product page. For physical goods you generally have 30 days (the "short-term right to reject") to return faulty items for a full refund.
- Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — 14-day cooling-off period for most distance/off-premises contracts (see §9 Returns & Cancellations).
- Distance Selling provision of the above Regulations.
3. Who can buy from us
- You must be aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 you may only use the Website with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
- We currently ship to the following countries (last updated 7 Aug 2026): United Kingdom (mainland + NI), United States, Ireland (ROI), EU/EEA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if we detect fraud, an unusually large quantity for a single consumer order, or a delivery address outside our covered countries.
4. Our goods — description, accuracy & pricing
- Every print-on-demand product on this Website is manufactured and shipped on our behalf by Printify Inc. acting as our appointed sub-processor and fulfilment contractor.
- Product images on the Website are mock-ups produced from digital artwork. The colour, fabric finish, or print placement on the physical finished item may vary slightly — we use reasonable endeavours to minimise such differences and we will accept returns of items that are materially mis-described.
- All prices on the Website are shown in Pounds Sterling, GBP £ (mandatory because our company is registered in England & Wales for tax and accounting purposes). Prices include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Shipping cost is shown separately at Stripe Checkout and depends on destination country.
- If, by genuine typographical or systems error, a product price is listed on the Website at obviously the wrong level compared to its market value (for example a blanket listed at £0.99), we are not bound to supply at that price; we will contact you promptly to either offer the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund before any goods are dispatched.
5. Payments & Stripe
All payments on this Website are processed exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. / Stripe Inc. (“Stripe”). We have chosen Stripe because it is a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor.
- We do not see, process, store or transmit full card numbers, CVV codes, magnetic stripe data or personal identification numbers on any of our own servers.
- At the end of checkout you will be transferred to Stripe’s secure, hosted Checkout page (TLS 1.3) to complete the payment.
- Accepted payment methods may include (depending on your country): Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, and giropay. Stripe may vary available methods from time to time without our involvement.
- Your card is charged at the moment you click “Pay” on Stripe’s page; the funds settle to us after Stripe’s standard processing period (usually 7 business days).
6. Delivery, dispatch & lead times
Because every product is made to order (print-on-demand) we do not hold stock — please allow two stages for delivery:
| Stage | Typical duration (working days) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Manufacture (blank garment + print / mug sublimation / blanket etc.) | 2 – 5 | Printify factories UK/EU/US; depends on product category and demand spikes. |
| 2. Courier / Postal transit | UK 2 – 4 · EU 4 – 10 · USA 5 – 10 · rest of world 7 – 20 | Depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. |
- Risk and title — risk of loss, damage or theft in transit passes to you when the carrier hands the goods over to you (or to your letter-box / neighbour / designated safe place). Legal title to the goods passes to you on the later of (a) full cleared payment and (b) delivery.
- If goods are not delivered within 30 days of the Order Confirmation (UK) or 50 days (intl) you are entitled to treat the contract as repudiated and request a full refund under Consumer Contracts Regs 2013.
7. Returns, cancellations & refunds policy
7.1 Change of mind (the 14-day cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you generally have 14 calendar days from the day after you (or a person you appoint) take physical delivery of the goods to tell us that you have changed your mind and want to cancel the contract.
- To cancel just email poetry@bhang-renge.com with subject
CANCEL order #NNNand your full name, order confirmation number and delivery postcode. - After you cancel, you have another 14 days to send the goods back to the returns address we will provide in our reply. Goods must be unworn, unused, in original packaging and in a condition allowing us to re-sell them.
- You must pay for the cost of returning change-of-mind items unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Refund (price of goods + original outbound shipping cost) is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or of you providing us with proof of postage — whichever is earlier.
7.2 Faulty or mis-described goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
- 30 days short-term right to reject: received faulty goods and you want a full refund — contact us immediately with clear photographs of the defect + the shipping packaging. We will issue a prepaid returns label where possible and refund in full within 14 days.
- Up to 6 months (first 6 months post-delivery): goods presumed to have been faulty at delivery unless we can show otherwise; we will repair, replace, or offer a partial refund at your election.
- Up to 6 years (Limitation Act 1980): products must be durable for a reasonable length of time; where a latent defect emerges later, please still contact us and we will handle each case fairly.
7.3 Personalised or made-to-measure goods
If you have ordered a product personalised to your own name, initials, custom text or artwork supplied by you, the 14-day change-of-mind cooling-off period does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regs 2013, Sch. 1 para. 2(c)) because the goods are made to your personal specifications — it is as if the item is irreversibly customised specifically for you. However the CRA 2015 defective goods remedies still apply in full.
8. Intellectual Property & copyright
- All artwork, illustrations, poetry, editorial text, product descriptions, logo designs (“Logo BR”, “Bhang & Renge” wordmark, NAIRA STUDIO LTD wordmark, website visual design) published on the Website and on the physical goods are © NAIRA STUDIO LTD and/or its commissioned artists, registered where applicable under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
- You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to view, screen-shot (for private use only), and print one copy of individual pages of the Website for reference. No commercial reproduction, resale, derivative AI-training use, framing or deep-link embedding is permitted without prior written consent from poetry@bhang-renge.com.
- If you submit original content such as a custom poem or custom design artwork for a personalised order you grant us only the limited purpose licence to print and manufacture that specific order for you; you keep ownership of copyright in your content.
- We respect the IP of others and operate a notice-and-takedown procedure for DMCA / CDPA 1988
copyright infringement allegations. Contact the email above with subject
DMCA / IP takedownand we will respond within 3 working days.
9. Limitation of liability
Against consumers: we do not in any way exclude or limit our liability to you for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence (or the negligence of our employees, agents or sub-contractors);
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Breach of your non-excludable consumer rights as described in §2 above (Consumer Rights Act 2015 / CRA 2015);
- Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England & Wales.
Subject to the paragraph above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability under or in connection with any one contract of sale for direct, indirect, consequential or economic loss (including lost profits, lost data, downtime, business interruption) shall be limited to 100% of the total purchase price actually paid by you for that order.
10. Events outside our control (Force Majeure)
We shall have no liability for failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Ts&Cs to the extent caused by an event that could not reasonably be foreseen and avoided at the time the contract was made, including but not limited to: strikes, lock-outs, fires, floods, pandemics, severe courier network disruption, war, terrorism, government-ordered lockdowns or import bans, failure of a third-party payment processor (Stripe) or fulfilment provider (Printify) beyond reasonable control. In such a case we will contact you promptly and (a) agree a new delivery date or (b) allow you to cancel for a full refund.
11. Applicable law & jurisdiction
- The contract, these Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales.
- For consumers resident in the UK, the dispute resolution forum is the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your right (if you are resident elsewhere in the UK) to bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if the cause of action arose there.
- For consumers resident in the EU / EEA: you can also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) to commence an out-of-court process — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our listed email for ODR correspondence is poetry@bhang-renge.com. Please note we are not and do not intend to become a member of any ADR alternative dispute resolution scheme approved by the UK Chartered Trading Standards Institute; we always attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith with you directly first.
12. General legal clauses
- We may assign, novate, sub-contract or transfer the benefit and/or burden of the contract (in whole or in part) to a third party at any time, including by way of sale of business, merger, or restructuring, provided the assignee agrees in writing to be bound by obligations equivalent to these Ts&Cs.
- If any court or competent authority decides that any provision or part-provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- No failure or delay by us to exercise any right, power or remedy shall operate as a waiver of it.
- Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 — a person who is not party to the contract has no right under that Act to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of the contract.
- The entire Agreement: these Ts&Cs (together with your Order Confirmation email, the applicable product page, and our published Privacy and Cookies Policies) constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior oral or written understandings between you and NAIRA STUDIO LTD relating to the same subject matter.
